How many guests can The Andes Garage accommodate?
Up to 80 seated and 150 standing.
What’s included in the rental?
Your rental includes use of the indoor venue space (2,500 sq ft), outdoor streamside garden (1,000 sq ft), restrooms, ambient lighting, and an on-site event manager. Tables, chairs, and any vintage furniture from Estro can be rented at an additional cost.
Can we bring in our own caterers and vendors?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own vendors. We also have a list of great local caterers and florists we can recommend.
What’s the curfew?
Events must end by 11PM. Any loud music must move indoors and the main garage door closed by 10PM. Guests may exit via the smaller entryway door after that.
Is there parking on-site?
There are 3 dedicated parking spaces in front of the building. Additional parking is available along Main Street, and we can recommend larger off-site lots nearby for shuttled transportation.
Can we host both the ceremony and reception at the venue?
Absolutely. Most events use our spacious indoor area and garden flexibly for both. We’re happy to help suggest layouts and flow.
Do you offer on-site lodging?
Yes — there’s a large upstairs apartment available to rent. It includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and multiple rooms, perfect for getting ready or staying overnight.
Is event insurance required?
Yes. We require all renters and vendors to provide proof of event liability insurance.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, but alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender or caterer.
What if it rains?
All outdoor elements (ceremonies, cocktail hour, etc.) can be moved indoors with ease.
Can we rent vintage furniture from Estro?
Yes — Estro pieces can be rented for events. Each item has individual terms and rates. Let us know what you’re interested in and we’ll share availability.
Are there any restrictions?
No smoking or open flames inside or outside. Confetti is allowed but must be cleaned thoroughly by the end of your rental.
How does pricing work?
We offer custom quotes based on your date, duration, and event type. Please reach out with your event details and we’ll follow up with a proposal and availability.
Is anyone on-site during the event?
Yes. An event manager is included in the rental to help oversee the day and assist with logistics.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. If you need to cancel, we’re happy to reschedule your event depending on notice and availability.
